What is in the price, and what is not

Every trip page lists this in detail. This is the general rule, so you know before you ask.

Included in every trip
  • Hotel rooms, booked and confirmed in your name
  • A car with a driver for airport pick-up, drop and sightseeing
  • Meals as written on the trip, usually breakfast and dinner
  • The day-by-day plan, with the sightseeing arranged
  • One phone number for help, any hour, while you travel
  • The full price in writing before you pay anything
Usually extra (we can add them)
  • Flights and train tickets, unless the trip says they are included
  • Entry tickets at monuments, parks and rides
  • Lunch, snacks and shopping
  • Visa fees for trips abroad (we do the paperwork with you)
  • Travel insurance, which we recommend and can arrange
  • Anything you add on the spot, like a pony ride or a spa
