- This website sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies.
- One small technical value may be stored in your browser to make scrolling smoother. It identifies nothing about you.
- The fonts come from Google Fonts, so Google’s servers see the request your browser makes for them.
- Nothing you type into an enquiry form is stored in your browser. It is sent to us by email.
01What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website places in your browser so that it can remember something between pages or visits. Browsers also offer a related mechanism called local storage, which does the same job without being sent back to the server on every request. This policy covers both, because from your point of view they amount to the same thing: information a website keeps on your device.
02What this site uses
We have kept this deliberately minimal. The site does not use Google Analytics or any similar visitor tracking, and it does not use advertising or retargeting cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing that needs your consent.
Strictly necessary
- A smooth-scrolling script used by the site may keep a single technical value in your browser’s local storage. It records the speed of your last scroll so that the next one feels consistent. It contains no personal information and is never sent to us.
That is the complete list of what this website itself stores.
03Enquiry forms
When you send an enquiry through the site, the details go to our team by email so that a consultant can reply. They are not kept in a cookie, and the website does not remember them if you come back. How we handle the details once they reach us is covered in our Privacy Policy.
04Third parties
Google Fonts
The typeface on this site is loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, and Google receives the information any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type. Google says it does not use this to set cookies or to track you across sites. Their handling of it is described in Google’s privacy policy.
Buttons on this site open a conversation with us in WhatsApp. Nothing happens until you tap one. Once you do, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.
Payment providers
If you pay online, the payment page belongs to the payment provider and may set its own cookies to process the transaction securely. Those are described in the provider’s policy, which is linked from the payment page.
05Controlling it in your browser
Every modern browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and local storage, either for all sites or for particular ones. The setting is usually under Privacy or Site Data in the browser’s preferences. Blocking storage for this site will not stop it working; at most the scrolling will feel slightly less smooth.
If you want to stop your browser contacting Google for the fonts, a content blocker or a browser privacy setting can do that. The site will fall back to a font already on your device.
06Changes to this policy
If we ever add analytics or any other cookie-based tool to the site, we will update this page first, and add a consent notice if the law requires one. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
