Two countries, one continuous trip

Four nights in Singapore and three in Kuala Lumpur, joined by a short flight. Singapore comes first: the Night Safari on the evening you arrive, a city drive with Sentosa, an afternoon at Marina Bay Sands SkyPark and Gardens by the Bay, and a full day at Universal Studios.

Then you fly to Kuala Lumpur for a relaxed first day, a half-day city tour with the KL Tower observation deck, and a full day out to Genting Highlands by cable car, with a stop at Batu Caves on the way. Return flights, visa assistance, hotels with breakfast and all the transfers are part of the plan.

1. Day 1 Arrive in Singapore, and the Night Safari Singapore

   Arrive at Singapore Changi Airport and meet your representative at the arrival area for a private transfer to the hotel. Check in from 3 pm, freshen up and rest.

   At 5:30 pm the coach leaves the hotel for the Singapore Night Safari. After dark the lighting and the natural surroundings create an immersive jungle setting. The return transfer is at about 10 pm.

2. Day 2 City drive with Sentosa Singapore and Sentosa Island

   After breakfast, the coach collects you at 10:30 am for a Singapore familiarisation drive: an introduction to the city's landmarks, modern architecture and neighbourhoods. Continue to Sentosa Island, one of Singapore's most popular leisure destinations, for a basic Sentosa experience before returning to the hotel.

3. Day 3 Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay Marina Bay

   After breakfast and a relaxed morning, the coach picks you up at 2:45 pm for the Marina Bay area. First is Marina Bay Sands and the Sands SkyPark Observation Deck. At 5 pm continue to Gardens by the Bay to explore the landscaped gardens and the Supertree Grove. You are back at the hotel at about 8:25 pm.

4. Day 4 Universal Studios Singapore Sentosa Island

   After breakfast, the coach collects you at 9:30 am for Resorts World Sentosa, arriving at Universal Studios at about 10 am. The park has seven themed zones: Hollywood, New York, Ancient Egypt, Sci-Fi City, The Lost World, Far Far Away and Minion Land.

   Lunch is on your own at one of the park's restaurants. Some rides have height, age or safety restrictions, so families can pick the areas that suit them. The coach leaves the park at about 7:25 pm.

5. Day 5 On to Kuala Lumpur Singapore to Kuala Lumpur

   After breakfast, check out. At 8:00 am a private transfer takes you to the airport for the flight to Kuala Lumpur. On arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, meet your representative and transfer to the hotel by private vehicle.

   The rest of the day is free, with no scheduled sightseeing or fixed transfers, for a relaxed first day in the city.

6. Day 6 Kuala Lumpur city tour with KL Tower Kuala Lumpur

   After breakfast, your vehicle collects you for a half-day tour of the city's cultural, historical and architectural highlights. The rest of the day is free for leisure, shopping or relaxation.

   • Independence Square (Merdeka Square)
   • The King's Palace (Istana Negara)
   • KL Tower Observation Deck, about 40 minutes, with the ticket included
   • National Monument, National Mosque and the Old Railway Station, seen in passing
   • A photo stop of about 20 minutes at the Petronas Twin Towers; entry to the towers is not included

7. Day 7 Genting Highlands via Batu Caves Kuala Lumpur, Batu Caves, Genting

   After breakfast, a full-day excursion to Genting Highlands, one of Malaysia's popular mountain resorts. On the way there is a 40-minute stop at Batu Caves, the limestone cave complex and Hindu pilgrimage site, with its enormous golden statue and colourful staircase.

   Then board the cable car for a scenic ride over forest-covered mountains to the resort; the two-way ride is included. Genting SkyWorlds Outdoor Theme Park is optional, with tickets bought separately. Afterwards, meet your driver for the drive back down to Kuala Lumpur.

8. Day 8 Departure Kuala Lumpur

   Enjoy breakfast and some relaxed time before you leave. After check-out, meet your private driver in the lobby for the transfer to Kuala Lumpur International Airport, timed to your flight with enough room for check-in, baggage drop and security.

A look at the route

Before you book

• Pick-up times. The coach waits 5 minutes at each hotel and a private vehicle 10 minutes, so be in the lobby on time. At the airport the driver waits up to 75 minutes after your flight lands.
• No-shows. A missed pick-up cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• Genting notes. The cable car runs subject to weather and operations. SkyWorlds Outdoor Theme Park is closed on Tuesdays, and its rides keep their own schedules.
• Making it yours. Change the hotels, add nights in either city, or switch tours to private transfers. Tell us before you confirm.
