Our Story
We started because good travel kept getting outsourced.
Most of the industry passes a booking down a chain — an agent sells it, a consolidator prices it, a local operator runs it, and when something goes wrong nobody owns the problem. Plannex Journeys was built the other way round: we plan it, we contract it, we brief the guides, and we are the ones you call at 11pm from an airport.
