Visas, flights, stays and every transfer in between, handled by one team. From a long weekend in Dubai to three weeks across Europe.
20 Destinations · Six Regions · Visa & Forex In-HouseAn overseas holiday has more moving parts than a domestic one. Visas and appointments, passport validity, foreign exchange, insurance, connecting flights and a time zone where nobody answers your call at midnight.
We run all of it from one desk. The person who plans your route is the person who files your visa, books your forex and picks up the phone while you are away. Nothing is passed to an agent you have never spoken to.
The countries we plan and operate most often.
Each with its own season, visa rules and pace.
Documentation and currency handled in-house.
A number that answers across time zones.
Flying time, visa effort and cost change sharply between these. It is usually the quickest way to narrow things down.

Half the world is in the wrong season at any given time. Roughly how the year runs, and where it sends you.
Cool, dry and comfortable across most of Asia and the Gulf. It is also the Indian holiday season, so flights and stays move early.
Japan at its most photographed, and Europe before the crowds and the heat arrive. Book Japan a long way ahead for these weeks.
The obvious time to leave India. Europe is in full summer, and East Africa is in the middle of its best wildlife months.
Short flights, warm weather and visas that are rarely the problem. Useful when the dates are fixed and the destination is not.
The part of an overseas holiday that goes wrong most often, and the part we do not hand to anyone else.
Filed by our own desk, not an outside agent
Most overseas trips from India are sold as one country. These combinations cost little more and travel far better.
Something else in mind? Tell us the countries and the dates and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Four things that stay the same whichever country you pick.
The questions that come up on almost every international enquiry, answered plainly.
Europe is the one that needs real lead time, because Schengen appointment slots thin out in peak season and the visa has to be in hand before you commit to anything. Southeast Asia and the Gulf can be put together much closer to the date. Tell us your window and we will say plainly whether it is realistic.
We do. Forms, supporting documents, appointments and follow-ups are handled by our own desk. You provide the passport and the paperwork only you can sign. No visa is ever guaranteed by anyone, including us, but nothing will fail because a form was filled in badly.
It depends on the season, the airline, how many of you are travelling and the standard of stay you want, so we quote per trip rather than publish a figure that would be wrong for most people. Give us the destination, the dates and a rough budget, and you will get a costed plan with the inclusions written out in full.
Most countries want a comfortable margin of validity left on the passport and a couple of blank pages, and the exact rule varies by destination. We check yours against the country you are going to before anything is booked, which is a far better time to find a problem than at the airport.
Yes, and most of what we run overseas is private. Your own vehicle, your own guide and a pace set by you. If you would rather travel with a group and a tour manager, we run those too, and we will tell you which one actually suits the destination you have picked.
You call us, not a local agency you have never met. A missed connection, a closed attraction, a hotel that is not what was promised, or something more serious. The consultant who planned your trip already has the file open and can act on it from here.
The country, roughly when, and how many of you. We come back with a route, the visa position and a costed plan, not a brochure.
